Courtesy Professional Office Cleaning is a full service janitorial contractor. Since 1990, we have been serving the Metro Louisville area with office cleaning.

We have a large enough staff to overcome any short-term staffing problems. No matter how competent and dependable our staff is, people are going to have vacations, sickness, personal emergencies, etc., which will cause them to miss work. We use our full-time people to pick up the slack in the event that someone needs to miss work for any reason.

Follow-up is our top priority. No matter how good the staff is in a given building, there are going to be problems. The question is: Will they fix the problems? We have proven that we can and will. The same cannot be said for the rest of the office cleaning market.

We are fully insured. Many janitorial contractors are not insured at all, and most are only insured at the minimum required by the state. You will receive an insurance certificate from our broker at about the same time that you receive our proposal.

 We will not go out of business. At the end of this year, most janitorial services that are currently doing business will no longer be doing so. We have been doing this for over eighteen years, which is very long in the office cleaning industry.

Floor Care

We have a full-time floor care staff. Most janitorial contractors try to take care of the floors with their cleaning staff. Usually, cleaning people have no idea how to strip or buff vinyl flooring. Our staff includes a crew that primarily takes care of our customer's floors. This allows the cleaning people to concentrate on cleaning, and gives you the advantage of having a professional floor care staff taking care of your floors.
